On-device models got good. Receipt OCR, natural-language parsing, and small reasoning tasks became cheap and reliable. Suddenly the boring parts of mobile apps could be done by the phone itself.

The boring parts got easy.
Until recently, a mobile app was mostly forms. Type the amount. Pick the category. Choose the currency. Copy the number from the receipt. It worked, but it asked the user to do the machine's job.
That changed. On-device models now read receipts, parse plain English, spot patterns, and reconcile messy data — reliably, cheaply, and on a phone that fits in your pocket. The grunt work can finally be done by the grunt.
So that's what we build: AI-native apps where the model does the dull, careful work and the person using it gets on with their day. No sparkle buttons, no chatbots bolted on, no endless forms. Just apps that feel smaller than they are.
